From the branch to the bottle, and organically grown.
Imagine all of the things you could make if you had an apple farm like the Gopher Glen Apple Farm, at your finger tips. Why, you could make apple pies, struddles, muffins, apple-sauce, apple butter, baked cinnamon apples, and so much more. The possibilities are really quite endless. And believe us when we say we've sliced, baked, and pressed our apples into delicious recipes in more ways than most can imagine. But there was something missing. There was something that we had not yet tried: a hard-cider.
So we gathered the family and started the process of creating a cider that captured the charm and flavors of the Central Coast. We hand-picked our organically grown apples, pressed them, and before we knew it, we captured it. So in 2016 we created Gopher Glen Cider Company: a company dedicated to sustainable farming practices and organic apples.

Double hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, and Citra hops
